For so long now society's loved ones have been dying in custody from systemic racism, dying at home because of domestic violence, suffering abuse and discrimination as they live their daily lives because of their nationality, gender, race or sexual orientation.

People have been trampled on as society has built its wealth and prosperity at their expense, and then imposed systems to continue to benefit at their expense. Silence has changed nothing. Being silent is being complicit.

We aren't experts on any of these topics, but we pledge to educate and challenge ourselves, as we join the fight to dismantle systemic injustice.  To some people this might not feel like our problem. But that IS the problem. And we must change.
